During the Star Wars Show yesterday (you can see the video at the bottom of the page) two new vehicles will be revealed in Episode VIII , Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the new Story Wars movie directed by Rian Johnson, coming to the movies in December next . This is the AT-M6 (Acronym All Terrain Megacalibur Six) and First Order Dreadnought . The first one is described as a Heavy-duty artillery walker with 6 laser cannons in the back. The AT-M6
Is much bigger than the well-known AT-AT. And if the latter moves like an elephant, the AT-M6’s step is more monkey, which allows it to be more stable.
The Dreadnought is instead a warship with two huge orbital cannons, which can be used for large scale bombing. It is almost 8 km long (7669.72 meters, for exactitude) and on its surface it has 24 cannons for anti-aircraft defense.
We recall that in Star Wars: The Last Jedi will retake most of the cast of Episode VII: The Awakening of Strength, namely Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie and Andy Serkis. They will be joined by Benicio Del Toro, Laura Dern and Kelly Marie Tran.
