After Warner Bros announced in the Comic Con Experience of 2017 in Sao Paulo the next film adaptations that we would see, many realized the absence of the film alone on Cyborg (character presented in the ‘ Justice League ‘ and interpreted by Ray Fisher ).
Now, thanks to an interview with ET actor Joe Morton (who played Cyborg’s father in the DC blockbuster), we have learned that the plans with Victor Stone are going ahead: “As far as I know, there will be a Cyborg movie It will be about him and about me, and about the family he came from and how he became a Cyborg, ” says Morton.

The actor already commented in August that for him the film was still having its premiere in 2020, but the revelation of a film of origins is new. Morton also believes that the film will become a milestone for blockbusters: “It’s exciting because there are not many black superheroes and in this case there is no alias in the character because there is nothing to hide … I think it’s a great allegory for what what it means to be black in this country . “
The protagonist of the supposed ‘ Cyborg ‘ already spoke about how the film should be in terms of diversity. “I think the cast should be diverse in everything we do, it should also be in the team … With Cyborg I do not think it’s about being black or white, I think the story is about being human, and what that means And you can have anyone telling that kind of story, “ Fisher said.
